As part of a welfare initiative for the police force, a comprehensive health screening camp was organised at Attapur Police Station on Saturday in collaboration with Max Vision Hospital. Around 60 police personnel underwent free medical examinations and received medicines and expert health advice.
The camp was conducted under the guidance of Rajendranagar Zone DCP S. Sreenivas, IPS, and Rajendranagar Division ACP T. Srinivas, with the objective of promoting preventive healthcare and ensuring that police personnel remain physically fit to perform their demanding duties.
Medical specialists conducted cardiac screening, including ECG tests, advanced eye examinations, blood pressure and blood sugar tests, along with general health assessments for common medical conditions. Doctors also counselled participants on maintaining a healthy lifestyle and preventing health issues associated with stressful work. Attapur SHO Inspector K. Nageswara Rao stressed the importance of regular health check-ups for police personnel and thanked the senior officers and the Max Vision Hospital team for organising the camp and supporting the welfare of the police force.
