In an organizational overhaul aimed at revitalizing the Jana Sena Party in Telangana, the party high command has decided to dissolve all existing State-level committees. Acting on the directions of party president and Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan, Jana Sena principal general secretary Ram Talluri officially announced the dissolution of all Jana Sena committees in Telangana.

The decision covers key organizational wings, including the GHMC unit, Veeramahila (women’s wing), youth wing and student wing, all of which have been scrapped with immediate effect. In place of the dissolved bodies, the party has constituted temporary ad-hoc committees that will function for a period of 30 days.

These committees have been entrusted with the task of conducting extensive tours across all Assembly constituencies in Telangana, including all 300 wards under the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation limits. During their outreach, the ad-hoc committee members will identify active and committed grassroots workers and prepare a list of at least five prospective members from each ward, which will be submitted to the party headquarters.

Based on the feedback and reports submitted by these temporary committees, the Jana Sena leadership is expected to announce new permanent committees shortly, with the objective of strengthening the party’s organizational framework from the grassroots level upwards.

Party sources said the restructuring exercise is intended to inject fresh energy into the Telangana unit and build a strong, cadre-based leadership. With this move, the party hopes to regain momentum in the State, and workers have expressed confidence that under Pawan Kalyan’s leadership, Jana Sena will adopt a more dynamic and active political approach in Telangana.
