KLSR Infratech donates 1L notebooks, pens to govt schools

Hyderabad-based KLSR Infratech Limited has donated one lakh notebooks and pens, valued at around Rs 40 lakh, to government school students in Andhra Pradesh under the Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan Vidyarthi Mitra Kit initiative.

Education and IT Minister Nara Lokesh launched the drive by flagging off a truck carrying the supplies, praising the corporate sector’s support in bridging classroom resource gaps. “Such public–private collaborations are vital to improving learning outcomes,” Lokesh said, highlighting the government’s commitment to quality education.

The distribution event was attended by MLC Beda Ravichandra Yadav, KLSR Infratech Managing Director K.L. Sridhar Reddy, Director K. Preetham Reddy, and Samagra Shiksha State Project Director B. Srinivas Rao.

The notebooks and pens will be delivered to government schools across the state, directly benefiting thousands of students and supporting their educational journey.
