Ridhira Group has aligned with the Government of Telangana to advance its wellness tourism vision, receiving a Letter of Award from the Youth Advancement, Tourism, and Culture (YATC) Department to develop a flagship 5-star branded resort at Ridhira Zen, near Shankarpally in Rangareddy district.

Announced at the Telangana Tourism Conclave 2025, this Rs 200 crore project spans 6 acres and will feature a luxury resort, a 10,000 sq. ft. Global Wellness Centre & Spa, premium villas, and upscale plots — making it the largest wellness-centric resort in the region.

Ridhira Zen aims to redefine luxury and holistic living, aligning with the Telangana Tourism Policy 2025–30.

Ritesh Mastipuram, Founder & MD, expressed gratitude, calling the project a landmark step in revolutionizing wellness hospitality. 

‘This recognition strengthens our commitment to innovation, sustainability, and wellness,’ he said, highlighting the government’s support as key to timely execution.
