Hyderabad: Ozone Hospitals, Kothapet, celebrated World Heart Day in a grand way with a series of awareness initiatives on heart health and emergency preparedness.

On this occasion, D Sudheer Reddy, MLA, L B Nagar Constituency, flagged off the 3K Walkathon and participated in walkathon, encouraging people to adopt a healthy lifestyle. Chairman Satya Sai Prasad launched the Heart Attack Kit, inaugurated the Automated External Defibrillator facility, and also introduced a Heart Health Package at just Rs 799, making preventive care more affordable.

Managing Director Deepti delivered the CPR Premier Talk, stating ‘Timely CPR can save lives, and our mission is to train more people in this life-saving skill.’

Dr. Indrasen Reddy Kankanala (Director & General Physician), Dr. Y P Raju (Cardiologist), Dr. Suresh Gude (Cardiologist), and Dr. Santhosh (CT Surgeon) highlighted the importance of heart disease prevention, awareness, and the role of the Heart Attack Kit in emergencies.
