Mahabubnagar: Students Umesh Kumar (Captain of the Telangana State team) and Prem Vasanth Kumar of Vagdevi Junior College, have been selected as captain and member respectively of the state-level team for the 69th National SGF Handball Tournament, which will be held from the 27th of this month at Somnath in Gujarat.

On this occasion, College Correspondent Vijetha Venkat Reddy specially congratulated the students. Speaking on the occasion, he expressed his happiness that students are excelling not only in academics but also in sports.The programme was attended by Principal Geetha Devi, faculty members Satish Reddy, Jyothi Nandan Reddy, Srisailam, Mallikarjun, and others.
