Wanaparthy integrated market shops to be allotted via lottery

District Collector Adarsh Surabhi on Thursday announced that shops, supermarket, and banquet hall in the Integrated Market at Wanaparthy town will be allotted transparently through a lottery system. Interested applicants can apply within the stipulated deadline, and the district administration has ensured a transparent process.

A total of 32 ground-floor shops, along with a bank, supermarket, and a banquet hall on the first floor, will be allotted through lottery. The last date for submitting applications is April 18, 2026, till 5.00 pm.

Application form fee is fixed at Rs.2,500, which must be submitted along with a demand draft drawn in favour of Secretary, AMC, Wanaparthy Town.

The EMD is Rs.15,000 for shops, Rs.50,000 for banquet hall, and Rs.25,000 for bank and supermarket. The lottery will be held on April 21, 2026, at 11.00 am at the Integrated Market premises.
