‘Will turn Bhagya Laxmi temple into Golden temple’

“Congress government allotted Rs 33 crore for Ramzan festival  but provided only Rs 20 crores  for temples belonging to Hindus, who constitute 80 percent of the population. The Funds are not being released for the development of the Simhavahini temple simply because they fear it might upset MIM party leader Owaisi.”

Union Minister Bandi Sanjay on Sunday stated that if the BJP comes to power in Telangana, the Charminar Bhagyalakshmi temple would be transformed into a 'Golden Temple.' He pledged that the Bonalu festival would be celebrated with unprecedented grandeur and lavish funding every year. Bandi Sanjay participated in the Lal Darwaza Simhavahini Bonalu celebrations.

Speaking on the occasion, he lashed out at the Congress government and the BRS leaders. Speaking on the occasion, Union Minister Bandi Sanjay said, he visited the Charminar Bhagyalakshmi temple during the GHMC elections, BRS Working President KTR mocked at him and added that the same KTR was seen visiting the same temple.

He alleged that During the BRS regime, former CM KCR deceived the public by promising Rs 20 crore for the development of the Lal Darwaza and Ujjaini Mahankali temples  but failed  to deliver and added that KCR has a history of deceiving not just the people, but the deities as well while claiming that it is because of these lies  tbs  public defeated his party.

Claiming that the Congress government allocated only Rs 5.50 lakh for the Lal Darwaza Bonalu festival, Sanjay wondered as to how could such a meagre amount possibly suffice for a temple visited by a lakh devotees? “They allocated Rs 33 crore for Ramzan festival  but provided only Rs 20 crores  for temples belonging to Hindus, who constitute 80 percent of the population.

It is the old city  Hindus, who pay taxes and why should there be any objection to our own money being allocated for our needs?" Will I be branded a communalist just for asking questions? The Old City undoubtedly belongs to the Hindus. Awakening Hindu society is my priority. Leaders , who criticize me ought to engage in some introspection,” he said .

He called upon the Hindus, to get  united  and bring the Congress and BRS parties to their knees. He said that the Hindus must grasp the spirit of activism and spirituality embodied by Gen-Z and added that the Gen-Z should rise up for the  Hindu unity.
