The Election Commission of India has announced that the final electoral roll for Jubilee Hills Assembly constituency will be published on September 30, 2025, marking the completion of the Special Summary Revision ahead of the upcoming by-election.

As per the schedule, the integrated draft electoral roll was published on Tuesday, September 2, giving voters time until September 17 to file claims and objections. These applications will be disposed of by September 25, after which the final voter list will be released.

According to official data, Jubilee Hills constituency currently has 3,92,669 registered voters. This includes 2,04,288 male voters, 1,88,356 female voters, and 25 others. To facilitate voting, the Election Commission has arranged 407 polling stations across 139 building locations in the constituency.

Electoral officials have urged all voters to carefully verify their details in the draft list, which is available at the Electoral Registration Officer’s office, designated polling stations, and on the CEO Telangana website. Voters can also download the rolls from the official portal or the Voter Helpline App and submit corrections through Form-6, Form-7, or Form-8.

Appeals against any decision of the Electoral Registration Officer can be made to the District Election Officer, Hyderabad, with further appeal to the Chief Electoral Officer, Telangana. With the publication of the final roll on September 30, the stage will be set for a high-profile by-election in Jubilee Hills.
