ICFAI Law School, Hyderabad, organized a Blood Donation Camp to mark Police Commemoration Day, led by its Journalism Club Genesis and Photography Club Aaina. The event witnessed active participation from students and faculty members.
Veerababu, Circle Inspector of Mokila, served as the Chief Guest. In his address, he spoke about the critical role of blood donation in saving lives and fostering a compassionate society. He noted that regular donations aid patients undergoing surgeries, trauma care, and those battling conditions like thalassemia and cancer. Applauding the initiative, he encouraged students to engage in such life-saving efforts.
Sub-Inspector Koteshwar, also present, urged students to continue participating in meaningful, humanitarian activities.
The event was graced by senior officials from ICFAI Law School, including Director Dr. Ravi Shekhar Raju, Dean Dr. Pratap Reddy, Associate Dean Dr. Md Akbar Khan, and Assistant Dean for Student Activities Dr. A Arun Kumar. They commended the student involvement, emphasizing that acts like blood donation reflect empathy, civic responsibility, and the spirit of service essential for future leaders.
