KIMS Foundation and Research Centre (KFRC) hosted a one-day symposium, CONVERGE 2025, on 'Translational Research, Genomics, and Emerging Technologies' at KIMS Auditorium on Saturday.
KFRC, the research arm of KIMS Hospitals, is renowned for pioneering work in stem cell medicine, biomarker discovery, liquid biopsy, and neurobiology, with expanding interests in medical devices.
Dr. V Bhujanga Rao, Chairman of KFRC, opened the event, underscoring KFRC’s role in advancing niche medical research. Dr. B Bhaskar Rao highlighted the importance of research with direct patient benefits.
Dr. G N Rao, Founder of LV Prasad Eye Institute, emphasized the value of translational research and expressed optimism about KFRC’s contributions to affordable, innovative healthcare solutions.
