SRM -AP marks Founder’s Day with support for school students

The initiative reflects SRM University-AP’s efforts to extend its educational resources beyond the campus and strengthen its engagement with government schools in the surrounding region

SRM University-AP celebrated Founder’s Day by extending academic support to government school students in the Mangalagiri constituency. The event commemorated the 88th birth anniversary of the University’s Founder Chancellor, Dr T. R. Paarivendhar. As part of the celebrations, the university distributed free educational kits to 1,673 Class 10 students from 25 government Zilla Parishad and municipal schools.

The initiative aims to provide essential learning resources to students preparing for their Class 10 examinations and encourage them to pursue their educational goals with greater confidence. The distribution program was held at the SRM University-AP campus in the presence of Vice Chancellor Prof. Ch. Satish Kumar, Registrar Dr Vinayak Kalluri and other university officials. The kits included essential study materials and academic resources required for examination preparation. The university’s NSS team facilitated transportation and coordinated the participation of students in the program.
