The Departments of Computer Science Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, and Data Science at Jayaprakash Narayan Engineering College organized their annual cultural festival, “TARANG,” which saw enthusiastic participation from students. College Chairman K.S. Ravikumar attended the program as the chief guest.

Addressing the gathering, Ravikumar emphasized that alongside academics, involvement in cultural activities and sports is essential for overall personality development. He added that such events provide students a platform to explore and showcase their hidden talents with confidence.

Ravikumar also announced the college’s goal for the academic year: “100% Placements and 100% Admissions,” encouraging students to make the most of training programs such as TCS iON and IBM NXT to achieve professional success.

The festival included lively traditional dances, musical performances, and cultural presentations that entertained the audience. Alumni Abhishek from the 2010 ECE batch, now a software professional in Germany, was felicitated for his achievements. The event was attended by Principal Dr. P. Krishnamurthy, Examination Controller Kotala Sandeep Kumar, faculty members, and a large number of students.
