Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) president B. Mahesh Kumar Goud has submitted a preliminary report to the All India Congress Committee (AICC) detailing ongoing factional feuds and internal differences within the party’s state unit.

The report highlights high-profile disputes, including the standoff between Minister Damodar Rajanarsimha and MLA Lakshmikanta Rao, as well as controversial remarks made by Congress MLA Y. Anirudh Reddy. Additionally, the TPCC chief briefed the high command on recent statements by MLA Komatireddy Raj Gopal Reddy and the growing rift in Peddapalli district.

To contain the unrest, Mahesh Kumar Goud has mapped out sensitive constituencies and districts marked by struggles for local dominance. A truce meeting arranged in Delhi between Damodar Rajanarsimha and Lakshmikanta Rao was postponed after the Minister had to attend a scheduled Cabinet meeting on Thursday.

Meanwhile, the Peddapalli rift involving a cold war between Peddapalli MP Gaddam Vamsi Krishna and IT Minister D. Sridhar Babu has now reached Gandhi Bhavan, with the TPCC leadership actively mediating to resolve the differences.
