Ambedkar Jayanti celebrated at Cyberabad CP office

The 135th birth anniversary of Bharat Ratna Dr. B. R. Ambedkar was observed in a grand manner at the Cyberabad Police Commissionerate office on Tuesday. Cyberabad Commissioner Dr. M. Ramesh, Admin DCP T. Annapoorna and other senior officers, along with police personnel, offered floral tributes to the portrait of Dr. B. R. Ambedkar and paid their respects.

Speaking on the occasion, officials recalled Ambedkar’s immense contribution to the nation and his crucial role in drafting the Constitution of India. They highlighted his vision of equality, justice and social empowerment. The Commissioner stated that Ambedkar’s ideals remain highly relevant and urged police personnel to uphold constitutional values in their daily duties.

Senior officers including CAR Headquarters DCP Sanjeev, ADCPs, RIs, Special Party staff and other personnel participated in the programme and made the event a solemn and respectful tribute.
