The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) will host this year’s Sri Venkateswara Swami Brahmotsavams with unprecedented grandeur, monitored by ISRO scientists for crowd management, logistics, and safety—marking a first in the festival’s history. TTD Chairman B.R. Naidu announced this after a key Board of Trustees meeting.

The TTD also approved the construction of 1,000 temples across Andhra Pradesh to counter religious conversions, funded by the Sri Vani Trust, with up to six temples planned in every Assembly constituency.

The nine-day Brahmotsavams begin with Ankurarpanam on September 23 and Dwajarohanam on September 24. Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu and his wife will offer silk garments to the deity. Garuda Seva on September 28 is expected to draw over three lakh devotees.

VIP break darshans via recommendation letters will be suspended throughout. For the first time, geo-tagging will be introduced to prevent missing children. A detailed festival booklet has also been released.
