Says it was a plot to oust her when she was on a tour to US

Once again, MLC Kavitha's letter is making waves within the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS). In her fresh letter, Kavitha questioned her removal as the honorary president of the Telangana Boggu Ghani Karmika Sangham (TBGKS) and the selection of Koppala Eshwar for that position. This issue has rapidly become a significant subject of discussion in Telangana's political landscape.

In the letter on Thursday, Kavitha mentioned that the TBGKS meeting took place while she was on a tour in the United States. She claimed that the election for the TBGKS president was conducted at the party office against the labour laws, asserting that there was a plot to oust her and undermine the solidarity of the workers. Kavitha also alleged that those behind the leak of the letter were subjecting her to harassment, indicating that the TBGKS election was motivated by political agendas.

"Following the Congress's rise to power in Telangana, as I advocated for the well-being of Singareni workers, I found that some individuals were plotting against me. 

While these plots do not affect me personally, it is evident that their goal is to eliminate my presence and undermine the solidarity of those striving for the workers' welfare," she stated.

"After the party’s Silver Jubilee meeting, I expressed the opinions of various sections of people in the form of a letter to party President KCR. In fact, I had written many such letters to my father in the past too. But during my visit to America, one such letter written to KCR garu was leaked. I demanded that those who leaked my letter and conspired against me be exposed. However, instead of addressing my concerns, a grudge was held against me for simply questioning the party’s internal functioning. The subsequent events and incidents are well known to you all," she said. 

Kavitha said when she asked that the conspirators who leaked her letter be named, vengeance was directed at her. Those same conspirators continue to harass me in various forms. While I was still abroad, against labour laws, a so-called TBGKS Central Committee meeting was held and it was announced that a new Honorary President had been elected, she pointed out. 

On the other hand,  supporters of Kavitha are criticising that this decision was made after observing Kavitha's departure from America. However, TBGKS representatives say that they have not elected an honorary president for a year and that Koppula Eshwar was elected because the position was vacant.

Kavitha is already being kept away from party functions by BRS leaders. The controversy that started with the comment ‘There are demons around KCR’ has escalated like a whirlwind. After that, she directly targeted her brother BRS working president KT Rama Rao and made sensational comments several times. She bombarded him with allegations that he had conspired to merge BRS with BJP. Moreover, Kavitha accused KTR of conspiring against her without even considering that she was the daughter of the house.

Since then, the two siblings have not spoken. It became clear with the Rakhi festival that the gap between them has widened significantly. In the wake of these developments, the supporters of Kavitha faction are openly accusing KTR of conspiring to distance Kavitha from the BRS party.
