Minister extends best wishes to students appearing for SSC exams

Andhra Pradesh Minister for Backward Classes (BC) Welfare, Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) Welfare, Handlooms, and Textiles, S. Savitha, on Sunday extended her wishes to students from BC hostels and Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Andhra Pradesh Backward Classes Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society (MJPAPBCWREIS) schools who are set to appear for the Class 10 (SSC) public examinations to begin from Sunday, March 16th.

The minister urged the students not to succumb to anxiety or mental stress. She encouraged them to approach the exams with calmness and composure to achieve the best possible results. "Maintain mental peace and write your exams confidently," she advised. According to the minister, a total of 13,604 students from BC hostels and MJP schools will be participating in the SSC examinations this year. 

Minister Savitha highlighted the special focus given by the department to support these students, particularly those from disadvantaged backgrounds. She also noted that the state government has arranged free bus facilities for 10th-class students to ensure easy access to examination venues. Savitha underscored the coalition government's strong commitment to the education and welfare of BC children. BC hostels and MJP schools are equipped with essential infrastructure and nutritious meal menus to support students' health and well-being, she mentioned.
