Police seize 2.11 litres ganja, three held

Three accused arrested in Saturday night checks at IPD Colony after Mahindra XUV-500 interception. Search found liquid ganja in two polythene covers, three containers, 20 empty containers, one-litre bottle with traces, rolling papers during raid. Digital weighing confirmed 2.110 kg (about 2.11 litres) liquid ganja.  Accused R Mahaveer, Abbu Sai Manikantha Teja and SK Rahantulla of Guntur city were arrested. They sourced from AP–Odisha border, repackaged, sold high-priced, also consumed. Police seized XUV-500, drugs, materials; case registered, probe underway. DSP warned drugs harm youth, families, social harmony. He urged vigilance, public cooperation via 112; eradication priority citizens to report narcotics on Sunday briefing.
