One has heard of financial firms and real estate agents taking people for a ride but blatantly advertising a property, in this case an apartment which is located in Hyderabad’s Old City, in Kanaka Durga Colony near Moghal Ka Nala, part of the Gudimalkapur Division but stating that it is in Attapur is taking it too far.

Casagrand GS Infinity management is promoting the project as being constructed in Attapur, deceiving consumers in the process. When asked, Chaitanya, an employee of Casagrand GS Infinity, for clarification via phone, he responded by saying that there is nothing wrong in it.

Casagrand GS Infinity was launched with much fanfare, including a popular film actor performing the groundbreaking ceremony. The company spent crores of rupees advertising the project through various media. The project, to be constructed on 4.8 acres, is promoted as a G+35 skyscraper, with 405 flats planned, and claims of world-class amenities. However, even the foundational work hasn't been completed yet, and they're already pushing for bookings, targeting innocent consumers.

A large marketing office has already been set up at the project site in Gudimalkapur. The company is tempting buyers with “early bird offers,” claiming 3BHK flats are available for ₹1.80 crore, 4BHKs for ₹2.4 crore, and 5BHK floor villas for ₹3.2 crore, while warning that prices will rise after construction. Although 405 units are planned, only 154 units are currently available, according to them.

Is it really possible in 3 years?

There are widespread allegations that Casagrand GS Infinity is trying to dupe consumers. Locals point out that even building a G+2 house on 200 sq. yards takes nearly a year, yet this company is promising delivery of a G+35 tower within three years—a claim that raises many eyebrows.

Construction companies backing out Many real estate and development companies take bookings and collect as much money as possible from buyers even before laying foundation. Later, they abandon the projects, leaving consumers in distress. There are already several police cases registered against such companies, and many victims have taken to the streets in protest. In light of this, real estate experts warn buyers to stay cautious when dealing with Casagrand GS Infinity.
