The Andhra Pradesh Government is leaving no stone unturned in the preparations to welcome the Prime Minister Narendra Modi to Amaravati today. To avoid mishaps, a special officer has been assigned for every batch of 25 buses carrying people.
A team of ministers are looking after the preparations. The ministerial team—comprising Payyavula Keshav, P. Narayana, Kollu Ravindra, and Nara Lokesh—inspected the main event venue and surrounding arrangements on Thursday and reviewed the progress with officials.
Minister Payyavula Keshav said, “A special officer will oversee every 25 buses carrying people. Breakfast would be served at the time of departure, lunch will be arranged en route, and dinner will be served after the event, both at the venue and parking areas.”
Following the inspection, the ministerial team visited the main stage area, capital site pylon, and other critical locations. They were joined by PM visit coordinator G. Veerapandian, CM’s Secretary Pradyumna, and Guntur District Collector Dr S Nagalakshmi. Chief Secretary K.S. Vijayanand also visited the event site on Thursday to oversee preparations.
