Hyderabad: Andhra Pradesh Mahesh Co-op. Urban Bank, has registered a record profit (before tax), of Rs 69.98 crores, profit after tax Rs 53.61 crores and declared dividend of 22% for its shareholders for the FY 2024-25.

Speaking at the 49th Annual General Meeting of the Bank held at its head office in Banjara Hills on Monday, Ram Narayana Boga, Officer appointed by the High Court of Telangana (for taking care of the administration and managing day-to-day affairs of the bank including taking policy decisions) expressed gratitude to the shareholders and the customers for reposing trust in the bank. 

Owned funds increased to Rs 475.18 from Rs 444.20 crore, Reserves and Surplus also significantly increased to Rs 444.73 from Rs 412.98 crore. Book Value per share stood at Rs 312.13 from Rs 284.53 and the earnings per share stood at Rs 34.79 as against Rs 31.35 last year. Bank Gross NPA in absolute terms reduced to Rs 38.68 crores from Rs 48.58 crores.
