The Telangana Forest Development Corporation (TGFDC) announced two exciting eco-tourism events aimed at bringing people closer to nature and raising awareness about forest biodiversity.

On Saturday, (May 24), a unique ‘Nocturnal Walk’ will be organized at the Forest Trek Park, Manchirevula from 8pm to 11pm. This rare night-time forest walk offers a fascinating opportunity to observe the rich nocturnal wildlife and experience the magic of the forest under the stars.

Following this, on Sunday, (May 25), a peaceful and educational ‘Bird Walk’ will be held at the Botanical Garden, Kondapur, from 6am to 9am starting in the early morning. Participants will get to explore the world of birds, learn bird watching techniques, and enjoy nature’s calm amidst the city.

Expert naturalists will guide both walks, sharing insights about the flora and fauna, answering questions, and helping participants engage with nature in a meaningful and safe manner.

These events are open to all — children, parents, nature enthusiasts, and the general public.
