Kona Film Corporation has officially announced its new film Band Melam, starring Harsh Roshan and Sridevi Apalla. The duo, who won hearts with their performances in Court, reunite for this soulful love story.

The film is written and directed by Satish Javvaji and produced by Kavya and Shravya under Kona Film Corporation, with Sivaraju Pranav co-producing. Mango Mass Media is presenting the project. The makers released the title glimpse, aptly called First Beat, carrying the tagline “Every Beat Has an Emotion.”

The glimpse opens with a melodious song rooted in Telangana’s flavour, composed by Vijai Bulganin. It showcases Harsh Roshan’s character in search of Rajamma, played by Sridevi Apalla, leading to a fun and engaging exchange in the Telangana dialect. The teaser closes on a high with a captivating tune that lingers long after. The film brings together a strong technical team. Oscar-winning lyricist Chandrabose is penning the songs, while Siva Mupparaju handles screenplay and editing. Satish Mutyala is the cinematographer, and Narni Srinivas serves as art director. Veteran actor Saikumar also plays a crucial role.
